Payment, shipping & refunds

What payment options do you have available?
Copperform accepts standard Credit Cards and Bank Deposits.
Please be advised that all credit card payments will incur a transaction fee: Visa/Mastercard 1.67% + GST and Amex 1.75% + GST.
Can I have my order delivered and if so where do you deliver to?
Your order can be delivered, depending on the size it will be sent with TNT Express Couriers or by a Large Haul Courier.

We deliver to all major cities and towns in Australia, please call us on 02 9482 4166 for rural areas.

Can I pick up my order?

You are able to pick up your items from:

  • our NSW location – Unit 4/39 King Road, Hornsby
How long will it take to pack and ship my order?
Please allow 5-6 business days, plus shipping times for deliveries.
I need my order now, what can I do

Returns policy

What do I do if the products I ordered are damaged or defective?

Please contact us immediately.

All orders must be checked within 2 business days of delivery.

What are the delivery costs and options?

The freight will be calculated upon order confirmation. All 3rd Party shipping and delivery costs will be invoiced and charged separately to the customer’s initial order.

Fragile items such as gutters and downpipes will require a packing crate for delivery, this will be added to the Shipping charge.

Why do I have to have a crate?
When an item ordered is fragile we do not feel comfortable delivering it without correct protection.

General information

What materials are your products made from?
Our rainwater goods are made from copper and zinc, we also sell accessories to match these materials.
Where are the products made?
Many of the products are made in our Hornsby workshop and other items we source for high quality overseas suppliers.
What time are you open for pick up or assistance?
Our office and warehouses are open from 8am – 3pm Monday to Friday.

Also please note we close during the two weeks of Christmas and New Years.

Can I request a sample?
Unfortunately we do not have samples that we can send out. You are welcome to visit one of our two warehouses to look at our products though.
I need additional copper fixings that are not on your website, do you stock other items?
No, we only sell items that are available on our website.
I only need 1 metre of guttering to finish off my project, do you have offcuts or cut to size?
Items are only available in the size stated online. You will need to order the full length regardless of the amount you require.
I have a custom project - do you make custom gutters?

Our custom orders only include safe trays and rainwater heads.

However, for large projects you are welcome to send a request via our Contact Page for all other customisation you will need to contact your installer or builder.

Ordering

What if I change my mind?

If your order has not yet been processed we may be able to cancel it and refund your amount. Please call us on 02 9482 4166 for help with this.

To initiate a return of any products, please ensure that the items are in good condition. It is imperative to note that in this instance, a 10% restocking fee will be applicable.

Do you offer discounts?
We offer an instant 15% discount by placing your order online. The products on our site are already at trade prices so we do not offer further discounts.
What if my products are out of stock?

We do our best to keep our stock levels up, however, sometimes with big orders or back logs from our manufacturers we do experience items being out of stock.

How can I make changes to an order that has already been placed?
Due to the accounting system of this site orders cannot be altered once placed, however you can contact us and we’ll see what we can do.

Warranty & Installation

Do you offer a warranty on your products?
As these products are prefabricated we cannot offer a warranty on them.
Do you provide installation?
We do not install our products. We can however provide a list of recommended installers for your project. It is important that all installs are conducted by licensed installers to ensure longevity.
